“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” -Mary Oliver
Who You Are
-
Major life transitions can change you routines, relationships, and even your sense of self. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, perimenopause/menopause or the day-to-day realities of parenting, it can feel both meaningful and overwhelming at the same time.
Many women find themselves holding everything together on the outside while feeling depleted, anxious, or disconnected internally. Therapy creates space to process these experiences honestly, without pressure or judgment.
-
Balancing expectations about the future with the reality of today can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating school, career decisions, relationships, or identity, it’s easy to feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next step.
You may feel pressure to have it all figured out while quietly struggling to keep up. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
-
Even strong couples can find themselves feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Life transitions, communication challenges, parenting, intimacy, and the everyday demands of life can shift the way you relate to one another.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and work through challenges together—with support, compassion, and without judgment.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, adjusting to a major life change, or simply wanting to strengthen your connection, therapy can help you build greater understanding, communication, and intimacy in your relationship.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions—helping you understand what’s underneath the stress while building practical tools that support you so you can make the most of your one wild and precious life.

You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready for support, or even just curious about what this could look like, this is a place to start.
First sessions are low pressure and conversational. We will focus on understanding what’s going on and identifying where to start.
