Who You Are

I work with young adults and women navigating anxiety, burnout, and life transitions—helping you understand what’s underneath the stress while building practical tools that support you so you can make the most of your one wild and precious life.

  • Major life transitions can shift everything—your routines, your relationships, and even your sense of self. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, or the day-to-day realities of parenting, it can feel both meaningful and overwhelming at the same time.

Many women find themselves holding everything together on the outside while feeling depleted, anxious, or disconnected internally. Therapy creates space to process these experiences honestly, without pressure or judgment, so you can feel more grounded and supported in this stage of life.

  • Balancing expectations about the future with the reality of today can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating school, career decisions, relationships, or identity, it’s easy to feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next step.

You may feel pressure to have it all figured out while quietly struggling to keep up. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
